REMINDER ABOUT UPDATED OFFICE PROCEDURES!!

Valued clients,

Out of abundance of caution and in order to serve and care for our community, we have temporarily chosen to limit in-office traffic. This is not a move made out of fear but out of caution. Starting Monday, March 16th we are encouraging all taxpayers to consider utilizing our drop-off service OR to consider electronically sending us your documents via email or fax. These procedures have been put in place to limit social interaction; to utilize our drop-off service you may also call our office and one of our employees will collect your documents from you, curb-side.

Email: Lyndsey@MHOtax.com

Fax: 502-937-3401

Another option available to all taxpayers is the choice to file for an extension of time to file. The only action needed to take advantage of this service is a call or email made to our office. We will electronically submit an extension for you without you leaving the comfort of your home. If you believe you will have a balance of tax due we can also schedule for an estimated payment to be automatically debited from your bank account or provide you electronically (via fax or email) with a voucher to mail in with a personal check for payment. *Any over-payment will be refunded to you when your tax return is filed.*

While we strive to best serve our clients and be as available as possible, we want to prioritize the safety of our employees and guests. We also want to do our part to limit physical, social interactions so that the spread of this virus can be contained as much as possible.

If you feel neither of these options are suitable for your needs, our tax professionals will still be available in our office Monday-Friday 9-6 & Saturday’s 9-5.

Please continue to follow our Facebook page and website for more updates; and feel free to call our office at 502-937-8006, anytime for more information.

All the best always,
